  • Regular breakfast will be composed of eggs and vegetables. cook your vegetables of choice in plenty of butter or coconut oil. Here is a list of low carbohydrate vegetables available for:

     Breakfast First Day on keto:

    • Cauliflower
    • Radish
    • Mushrooms
    • Green beans
    • Asparagus
    • Garlic
    • Spinach
    • Broccoli

    After the vegetables are cooked, put them on a plate and fry 2-3 eggs in more butter or coconut oil.

    Put salt, pepper or seasoning of your choice. sour cream or avocado apart for healthy fats.

    LUNCH For First Day On Keto:

    You could prepare a dish of avocado and zucchini pasta for lunch.

    • ¼ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
    • 1 pound of Button Mushrooms
    • 3 tablespoons of Butter
    • 2 tablespoons of Parsley, chopped

    put a large nonstick frying pan on high heat.

    Add oil, garlic, salt and pepper and sauté until fragrant.

    Add the mushrooms and coat them.

    Continue to stir the mushrooms and add the butter 1 tablespoon at a time, let melt and cover the mushrooms before adding the next.

    Once the mushrooms have started to release liquid, reduce the heat to medium and stir occasionally until all the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms have turned dark brown (will take 10-15 minutes).

    Remove from heat and stir through parsley before serving.
