How To Make Our Arugula Salad?

Ingredients:

Salad



  • 6 cups baby arugula
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
  • ¼ cup pili nuts or pine nuts




Dressing



  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed or minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste




1 Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss.

2 In a small bowl, stir together the dressing ingredients. Toss the salad with the dressing right before serving.
