This quick and easy Keto pesto sauce is a great way to add fresh flavor to a variety of dishes, such as chicken, shrimp, zucchini noodles, or a Caprese salad.

How To Make This Easy Pesto Keto Recipes?



Ingredients:


  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 3 cups packed fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper





Instructions:


1 In a food processor, finely chop the pine nuts.

2 Add the basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and lemon juice and pulse until well blended, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil while pulsing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3 Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Tip: 
You can freeze pesto in ice cube trays! Once the cubes are frozen, transfer them to a zip-top plastic bag and store in the freezer for up to 4 months.
