How to make a Keto Chocolate Avocado Truffles


  • -3 ripe avocados (~450g)
  • -3 Tbsp Erythritol
  • -1/4 cup (65g) almond butter 
  • -2 Tbsp coconut butter 
  • -1/4 cup unsweetened 100% dark chocolate chips 
  • -1 tsp vanilla extract
  • -2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • -1/2 tsp salt
  • -1 tsp instant coffee 
  • -1/4 cup (30g) shelled pistachios
  • -1/4 cup (20g) unsweetened shredded coconut
  • -1/4 cup sesame seed


  1. -Melt chocolate chips, almond butter, coconut butter together.
  2. -Add instant coffee and Erythritol and salt to the chocolate mixture and whisk together.
  3. -cut the avocados and blend together in a food processor until you have a smooth mixture
  4. -Add chocolate mixture to avocado mixture, add cocoa powder and Process until combined
  5. -Freeze until firm enough to roll into balls (2-3 hours).
  6. -Blend or finely chop the pistachios and coconut together.
  7. -Roll the avocado chocolate mixture into balls.
  8. -Coat in the pistachio coconut mixture.
  9. -Enjoy! Keep in the refrigerator.
