Wanted a little Keto Strawberry Shortcake, so I whipped up these little gems for the family.⠀
Incredible shortcake for just 1.8g net carbs Per piece, you will enjoy the taste of delicious bundt cake.

How to Make a Keto Strawberry Shortcake
Ingredients
Mini Bundt Cakes⠀
- 1 1/2 cups Almond flour ⠀
- 3/4 cup Sweetener (this time I used Allulose)⠀
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder⠀
- Pinch of Salt⠀
- 4 Tbsp Butter- Room Temp⠀
- 2 Eggs ⠀
- 4 oz Cream Cheese -room temp⠀
- 1 Tsp Vanilla⠀
Instructions
1- In a mixing bowl add all your dry ingredients together and set aside. ⠀Using a stand or hand mixer, blend together the butter and sweetener until the mixture is light and fluffy.⠀

2- Next stir in the cream cheese, and vanilla.. mix well. Add 1 egg at a time and make sure to completely incorporate everything together. ⠀
Last, add in the dry ingredients, and mix it all together. ⠀
Preheat oven to 350° ⠀

3- I used little bundt cake molds and baked for 15 minutes. Cut up some fresh strawberries, and made some homemade whipped cream.⠀

4- Cut the bundt cakes close to the bottom, and then add a layer of sliced strawberries. Pipe on the whipped cream, and then add the top piece. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, add more whip cream and a sliced strawberry.

Hello do you use salted or unsalted butter for your shortcake recipe?
